Make people smile each and every day. Make people smile each and every day. In The Wealth Money Can't Buy, I shared the experience that I had with the former center of the Los Angeles Lakers, who was at one of my live events, Pau Gasol, and he was with me all weekend, and then I drove him to the airport, and as we walked through the airport to his gate, so many people came to him for pictures. Kids came for... pictures or autographs. Other people came for just to share a word with them. Oh, you've inspired me. Oh, I love the way you play, et cetera, et cetera. And as we walked through the airport, I'll never forget this, but to each and every single person who came to Pau Gasol, he had the time, he smiled, he listened, he asked a few questions. He had time for every single one of them. And when we got to the gate, said, pal, that was amazing. You stopped for every single person who approached you. You were so gracious. You were so kind. Tell me about it. And he said something I will never forget. said, Robin, it takes so little to make someone happy. I want you to brain tattoo that. I want you to think about this tool, making people smile. It takes so little to slow down and have a conversation with a coworker. course with a family member, could be a stranger or a neighbor, and you just have a human connection in this world of people moving so quickly. And you consciously make an effort in every interaction to make someone smile.
