MVP. I've mentioned it before, it really is an absolutely life-changing tool, but remember, no idea works if you're not willing to do the work. What is MVP? The world says its most valuable player. Well, if you want to become the most valuable player in your domain, in your neighborhood, in your life, then flip it and do what I do almost every morning, which is meditation, visualization, and prayer. And that will make you the most valuable player. Get up at4 a.m. because 4 a.m. is the new 5 a.m. and spend about 20 minutes in meditation. Again, breathwork or could be seeing light of areas you want to heal physically or it could be just doing a body scan where you notice, oh, there's some fear in my chest. And as you sit with the fear and befriend the fear, it starts to dissolve. And then you can do 20 minutes of visualization, visualize yourself living out the day ahead. Visualize yourself as the key projects you're working on. Visualize yourself living out the day being the human being you wish to be patient, loving, positive, giving and then prayer prayer is powerful. I truly believe that every prayer is heard and If you don't believe in religious prayer, that's absolutely fine then practice scientific prayer because the research and science has confirmed that those who pray are healthier or peaceful, stronger, and more vital.
