Dedicate Yourself to Being a Public Servant
We do need more servant leaders on our tiny planet. Human beings who are givers, not takers. Who value contribution above self-glorification.
Losing yourself in the service of others is a beautiful formula for becoming happier as we navigate these uncertain times.
Starting today — find a crusade. Detect a mighty mission that will consume you, taking your mind and heart off of the messiness that’s all around us.
Because to lead is to serve. And to help is to prosper.
This is what my latest book The Wealth Money Can’t Buy is all about. Real wealth versus fake success. True winning versus spending your life climbing a mountain, only to find out at the end that it was the wrong one. You can order it now by clicking here.

Lose yourself in the service of others and you'll raise yourself in terms of your relationship with your heroic self. Public service. What a great commitment to see yourself as a public servant. If you see a piece of litter, pick it up. Go OMAD once a week. Once a week. One meal a day. And take the money you would have spent on the other two or three meals and go to the grocery store and buy some food and give it to someone who really needs it. OMAD, one meal a day, once a week. What a great practice for spiritual ascension and public service. And more and more, practice being a public servant, doing good for your community, even pushing magic versus mediocrity into the marketplace. In this world where so many people are card-carrying members of the cult of mediocrity is public service. You're serving people by pushing beauty and excellent services. and world-class goods into the marketplace. That service, I've always believed that the marketplace has a very fair accounting system. And the marketplace returns the rewards based on what you deliver. When you deliver outright magic in terms of your products and services, the marketplace returns magic to you in terms of income and impact and appreciation.
