Each day do not go to sleep unless you have done three small brave things. And I mean small. Get out of bed. You don't feel like making the bed. You make the bed. That's an act of bravery. After work, you feel like having fast food. You have a salad and maybe a good piece of protein and you eat clean. That's an act of micro-bravery. It's in the evening and you feel like surfing and instead you get involved in reading. That's an act of bravery. You feel like playing with your device, but you sit down and read your kid a story. That's an act of bravery. Do see how powerful this simple tool is? It's like a muscle. The more brave you are by doing small, difficult things, the more brave you will become, which is my prayer for you. So you do incredible things with your life.
