I encourage you to try an exercise today that will help you in your leadership and your performance and your happiness. And the exercise is called a day without I. I believe you can change the world or you can stroke your ego, you don't get to do both. And the more you speak about I, the more you are invested in your ego, which is your scared, wounded self versus intimate with your highest bravest. and truest self. So there have actually been studies where leaders conversations have been looked at and the weakest leaders used I all the time and the greatest leaders were more about we and giving credit to the team. So just think about that and just practice this exercise 24 hours conscious about not using the word I. I think you'll find some great benefits.
