In one wisdom tradition, they say, when we are young, we would sacrifice all of our health for wealth. And when we get old and wise, we would sacrifice all of our wealth for one day of good health. I've had clients come to me. They were in the prime of wellness. And then a few years later, they show up, and I meet them, and they look sick. And I say, what happened? And I hear this from time to time with clients that I've advised. They said, While I grew my business, I was obsessed. Nothing else mattered. I neglected my family. I neglected my spirituality. I neglected my growth. I neglected my health. And now I'm worth $7 billion. I could have everything, but I have nothing. And then I say, why? And they say, because I'm sick. And now I'm traveling the world with my wife, for example. looking for natural doctors, functional medicine doctors, biohackers, traditional doctors to try to help me get my health back. If you ask someone who has all the money in the world what they would give, and if they're sick, and you ask them, what would you give for one day to feel so healthy? I predict they will say, I'd give everything financially for one day of great health. And again, the world doesn't say you are healthy. You have great energy. Your brain is strong. Your gut is well. And so even though society doesn't say if you're super healthy, you are truly wealthy, you are. And my job here is if you're not healthy, to strongly encourage you and challenge you to make this day the day you commit to daily exercise and eating clean and proper rest and being outdoors and getting your feet onto the ground and being in some sunshine and hydrating properly and doing all those things needed to get much healthier. If you're already healthy, I want you to be even healthier. Make the commitment to significantly upgrade your health, your wellness, your rest, your fitness, your brain health, your energy. Energy is even more important than IQ. It's not the smartest who wins. It's the one who has what I call execution energy to get the mission done.
