WIO, work is offering. WIO means work is offering. Your work is sacred no matter what you do. You could be a furniture maker, you could be a taxi driver, you could be a gardener, you could be a teacher. No matter what you do, be one of those rare air souls. I pray for you and I plead with you and I encourage you. Remember that all labor has dignity. You want to live your richest life? Remember that A job is only a job if you see it as a job. Your work is your craft. Your work is a sacred offering to your community, to your country, and to the universe. Isn't that an interesting way to see your work? Your work represents your character. Your work represents your heroic and high self. Why would you betray your honor in pushing mediocrity out into the marketplace. I have been to the Joburg airport where I walked into the domestic terminal. There was a man named Arun Jubbalani. He was the janitor. And yet, he did his work like Beethoven composed music, like Shakespeare wrote his sonnets. As I walked into the restroom, he said, welcome to my office. Huge smile on his face. He wasn't checked out. He wasn't entitled. He didn't fall into the rut. Many people fall into, which is when I'm CEO, then I'm going to show up fully. His washroom was perfectly clean. His attitude was impeccably positive. The way he was dressed was to perfection. I asked him, said, where are you getting this philosophy from? He said, this is my job. It's an important job. I see myself as an ambassador of South Africa. Incredible, right? He said, people come into my day. I say, this is my office. It makes them smile. It makes them happy. It's a brilliant way to roll through life.
