How the Wisest Ones See Success

Robin Sharma Season 1 Episode 1288

We live in a world of dazzling technology and rising artificial intelligence. Yet I’d suggest to you that the real goal of a leader, a builder, and a fully alive human being is to develop natural intelligence: the wisdom of intuition, the grace of presence, and the courage to stay human in a mechanical age.

My latest book “The Wealth Money Can’t Buy” is full of fresh ideas and original tools that I’m absolutely certain will cause quantum leaps in your positivity, productivity, wellness, and happiness. You can order it now by clicking here.

What is real wealth? I've been thinking about this for years and all of the legendary leaders that I mentor and all of the companies that I've worked with, whether it's a Starbucks and Nike, an IBM and IBM Watson, a General Electric, a Starbucks. I all of these companies I've worked with and all of these people I've mentored and especially the billionaires. mean, because these are people who, some of them have a lot of money, but they don't have much else. They've literally been so focused. on their careers building wealth and building their businesses that they've lost a sense of peace. They've lost a sense of joy. Some of them have lost their health or lost their family lives.as we end this time together, I want you to really think what is true wealth? And I really do think it's this term I've been sharing at my events, know, JPF, joy, peace and freedom. I don't think you really want a jet. I don't think you really want a mansion. I don't think you really want a yacht. I think really what you want is a feeling of joy. and a feeling of peace and a sense of freedom. And there are a lot of people who are very successful, but they've lost freedom. And there are some people who I've met, they don't have a lot, but they have great freedom, which is truly priceless. And I want you to think about that. What is true success? What is true wealth? I think it's things like personal mastery. I think it's things like true freedom. I think it's having a great family. I think great wealth is having great vitality and health so you feel strong and can do great things.think true wealth is having the perceptual acuity to see flowers and read great books and take long walks in nature and perhaps find a little bistro or a little restaurant that's charming or has an interesting spin to it and just enjoy it with those who you love or maybe alone.
