Over my years of mentoring many of the most extraordinary entrepreneurs, artists, and leaders on the planet, I’ve discovered that the truly great ones—those who lead not only with brilliance but also with grace and a sense of magic—measure success by their helpfulness.

We each have a deep human need to bring value to others—to know that our days meant something. As the poet Tagore wrote, “I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted, and behold, service was joy.” When we lift others, we rise ourselves.

My latest book “The Wealth Money Can’t Buy” is full of fresh ideas and original tools that I’m absolutely certain will cause quantum leaps in your positivity, productivity, wellness, and happiness. You can order it now by clicking here.

The whole purpose of life is to grow, to evolve, to strengthen your character, to introduce yourself to the heroic virtues of bravery and authenticity and service to the rest of the world. And you might say, well Robin, I am a janitor, I am a pizza maker,I am a coder, I am a student, I am a young entrepreneur, I am an old teacher. This doesn't apply to me. Yes. it does. You are on the planet for some mighty mission, for some heroic purpose. And please don't be seduced by your ego to say, I'm just a teacher. I'm just a firefighter. I'm not Nelson Mandela. I'm not Edison. Be great in your own original way. Measure mastery not by what society says you should do, but by how you're living your day, how you're conducting your life, by your integrity, by the quality of your craft, by your service to your family and your marketplace.
