Your organization absolutely must, if you want to win in today's marketplace, have people at the front of the house and your user experience where there's a full on human connection. You know what? There's a lot of people on the planet right now. They're very lonely. You see it. You you walk into a lot of restaurants. There's a lot of people eating alone. A lot of people in relationships who are still very lonely. There are a lot of people who are longing for belonging. One of the most important insights in this episode.
