Leadership Begins Where Victimhood Ends
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Rather than praying for a brighter world become a better leader. You know—if you’ve followed my work for even just a little while—that I evangelize a concept called “lead without a title.”
Essentially, you can show leadership anywhere, anytime—in many ways. Because leadership is simply the opposite of victimhood. [Read that twice please and then go sing it from a mountaintop, so you never forget it—and spread the message].
And we all sure do long for more real leaders and less complaining people, operating as victims.
My latest book “The Wealth Money Can’t Buy” is full of fresh ideas and original tools that I’m absolutely certain will cause quantum leaps in your positivity, productivity, wellness, and happiness. You can order it now by clicking here.

The victim takes from the world, the leader gives to the world. Victims are always complaining that they don't have enough. I don't have enough money, don't have enough vitality, I don't have enough confidence, I don't have enough love, I don't have enough applause from my teammates, I don't have enough whatever it is. What they are not intimate with is that their lack of enoughness in their outer lives comes from an interior wound. They have a hole inside of themselves where they don't feel like they're enough. And that's scarcity. See, victims are all about scarcity. They want to take from the world. They don't want to their customers very much wow. They don't want to give their lovers very much affection. They don't want to give their communities very much service. They are takers, not givers. You want to let go of any taking from your customers or your loved ones or your community. And you want to institute what I call a mentality of generosity. You see, the hand that gives gathers. You see, my friend, the more you give, the more you receive. It's counterintuitive to the brainwashing of society that says, be a lone wolf, take. The media says if you want to get to the top of the mountain, be a taker, not a giver. And yet, if you really think about it in your own life, it's when you've been most giving. I'll put it to you this way, she or he who is most helpful wins. From a business point of view, the marketplace rewards giving. My point is simply this, let go of any taking, be all about giving. It might be counterintuitive. I promise you I've been teaching leadership, elite performance, creativity, exponential productivity for over 20 years with the best of the best. And this is one thing you can really hardwire in as a mindset and a heart set and a way of being. The one who is of most use to the most people is the one who not only dominates the domain, they live the greatest life.
