The ordinary producers love entertainment. And we live in a world right now where you better be careful because, you know, there are a lot of Silicon Valley companies. What are they trying to do right now? They're building addiction into their games. They're building addiction into their platforms. And so for the unknowing, you will become addicted to that video game. You will become addicted to that platform. And you won't even know you've got this addiction. And entertainment is a big one. Even on TV, there are shows right now that are so beautifully, brilliantly produced, you can't stop watching 20 episodes on Netflix. And I'm really challenging you here because you have a choice every day. You can spend the best hours of the best days of your work life addicted to entertainment, or you can shift to the things that are going to matter. And one of the things that matters to every leader is education. As you know more, you can achieve more. All it takes is one idea that you learn on a podcast. All it takes is one idea that you learn as you listen to an audiobook on creativity or productivity or high-performance team building or management. That you literally say, you know what? I'm going to start to apply it. And it completely changes the game. And when I work with the CEOs at Nike and FedEx and IBM and some of the best companies in the world, they're the people who on their schedule say, OK, Monday night, Thursday night, Saturday morning, I'm going to read for two hours. So education is truly one of the routines and rituals of the A-players.
