Great leaders and happy human beings are very reflective in this age of endless doing and busyness. Make the time to think! Reflect on what you want to accomplish and become by the time you are on your deathbed. Write about this in your journal often. And remember this vision daily so what you do everyday gets you closer to where you want to be at the end.

My latest book “The Wealth Money Can’t Buy” is full of fresh ideas and original tools that I’m absolutely certain will cause quantum leaps in your positivity, productivity, wellness, and happiness. You can order it now by clicking here.

You wanna be a game-changer, you need to have these audacious, scary goals that almost frighten you when you look at them written on the printed page. But once you set that goal and you 20X your life and you say, I feel scared but I need to do this, whether it's being a better baker, a better taxi driver, a better mother or father, starting something like a non-profit in your field, being the best entrepreneur in your community, being an awesome teacher, being a great marathoner. I don't know what your dream is deep in your heart, but you need to get it done. And if you don't write it down and then start the process of executing around it, not next month, not next year, but today, and then start the process, you will not only die with your greatest dreams left within you, but you will not evoke and elicit the talent that is slumbering within you. But it's setting the mighty vision starts the process of your mighty vision coming true. The very nature of setting that mighty why evokes and elicits the talents and the passion and the energy that will bring the talents to the world and give you the fire in the belly that is probably missing in your life and you are the kind of person who can get those dreams done and you owe it to yourself. It's like not only your duty to do it because then you honor the talents you were born into but it's your duty to your family. It's your duty to the people you work with. It's your duty to your community. It's your duty to the world because the world will be better and benefit by your talents being in the world.
