John Hickey is the CEO of Baptist World Aid Australia. But today John takes us to the 'rich soil' of his leadership failure, back to when he almost steered his investment company to bankruptcy. Interestingly, he says his failure wasn't to do with financial issues, but to do with motivation. John describes 'the journey of his heart', and how the Holy Spirit taught him to stop accumulating wealth, and start accumulating wisdom.
