Fresh back from the Arnold Fitness Games UK, I sit down for a chat with Jamie Lowry.
After hanging up his boxing gloves, Jamie found CrossFit as a teen before moving to Loughborough and juggling degrees in Excercise Science and S&C with training at CrossFit BFG.
Now back down at Gain Line in Berkshire with new responsibilities, but a keen eye on competition too.
