Through grounding our energy, we release the excess energies that were never ours to carry and begin to pull all aspects of ourselves, body, mind and spirit back to our center. Its a reconnection, balance and strengthening of all ourselves, leaving us feeling unshakeable no matter the obstacles that come our way.
I recommend that you are lying down flat for this breathwork meditation with nothing to high against the head so you have a open channel for the breath to flow in through the nose and out through the mouth.
