In this episode of The Heal Podcast, I'm guiding you through a gentle, yet clearing Breathwork Meditation to dissolve fear, anxiety and worry. Remember, it is not the absence of the fear but the courage to take action in spite of the fear. When we learn to move towards our fears and sit still with them in mindfulness, we learn to observe our thoughts and feelings and not be ruled by them.
Were going to begin to identify your fears and gently release them using the breath in this guided mediation. I recommend that you are lying down for this meditation with your arms and legs out long.
