Aug 13, 2020Season 1Episode 4
Dr. G opens up about the struggles that made her realize she was the victim of burnout. Dr. G also provides us with the realities of bias - the bias she herself faces as a Black female doctor, and the bias her patients of color often face. She breaks down some of the most prevalent biases that cause great harm to people of color, and offers historical information about inequities related to our healthcare system.
