Johnny “Brutal” Bedford grew up competing in wrestling and then transitioned to martial arts, and is well known for being a MMA Fighter. He fought in Bellator before getting invited to join the UFC. He made his UFC debut December 3, 2011. Today Johnny does bare knuckle fighting and is currently the BKFC Bantamweight Champion.

At this time in our world with so much uncertainty, we listen and learn from those involved or connected in the sports world as they share their own personal stories and how it's impacted them to focus on mental wellness. Scott Murray and Dr. Nina Rios-Doria hope to always leave the audience fully engaged, encouraged and inspired, while assuring you that you're not alone.
