Today, we talk with Evetty Janese, founder of Advancing Lives LLC which focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion in schools and districts. She's also a member of the Knox County School Board representing District 1. We discuss starting a business a month after the COVID-19 shutdown started, determining if a client is a good fit to work with, and the importance of being vulnerable and honest with yourself and others.
