It's time to visit Brighton....but only after we've been to Croydon first to chat with Crystal Palace supporter, tall man and bass player of Phinius Gage, Mr Mike Scott.

Phinius Gage kept us entertained almost a quarter of a century ago with their skate-punk riffage and hectic touring schedule before calling it a day in 2007. But, now they're back!

We talk about missing the P-Rock TV boat by moments, punk and metal interplay, crisps, your favourite bands playing right near your house, being sponsored by a vile drink and much more.
