EP#81 Passive Investing best and worst experiences with Kate Stephens

Kate has worked in the medical device industry in the UK and the USA for 20 years and she is currently at a small startup working with a really fun group of people in the infection prevention space (so it is pretty busy right now!!!). She started her real estate investment journey by buying a small (terrible!) house in an area she didn't know.....everything you aren't supposed to do! She got away with it and sold it a few years later buying a few single-family houses in a good area she knew. She was a single-family home investor, moved to some small multi's and have sold most of them, and now investing exclusively in syndications. She is currently in 11 different syndications with 5 different sponsors.
