Cody Laughlin is the head of Deal Acquisitions for blue oak capital and has been an active real estate investor for over 10 years. His focus is the acquisition of cash flow producing real estate with a special focus on value-add, multifamily assets. He works alongside other investors through syndication to acquire multifamily assets and is currently invested in 240 units as a General Partner.

 Brian Alfaro is the head of Investor Relations for blue oak capital carrying a background in foodservice operations as a multi-location retail business owner.  Brian’s real estate experience spans both residential and commercial real estate and now retains ownership interests in 240 multifamily units as a General Partner.
