AdaPia is a passionate and visionary executive with extensive experience across countries and cultures in both established and start-up environments. 

AdaPia d’Errico oversees Alpha Investing’s growth strategy with an emphasis on investor growth and relations. 

Previously, AdaPia was Chief Marketing Officer at Patch of Land, one of the first real estate crowdfunding platforms, helping to grow the company from 3 founders to a VC-backed firm of over 50 people. She was also Chief Operating Officer at AlphaFlow, an investment management firm developing an automated portfolio algorithm for real estate investing, and shepherded the company through its $4.3 million seed round in 2017. 

A recognized and respected woman in real estate and fintech, AdaPia has been a featured guest, writer, speaker, and presenter on topics including entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing, and women in business.  She dedicates part of her time to personal endeavors that make an impact including a podcast, a blog, and leadership development emphasizing diversity and inclusion. 

AdaPia holds a B.B.A from the University of British Columbia and a B.A in International Business Economics from Hogeschool Zeeland, The Netherlands.
