How can collaboration help organisations to build better and more authentic relationships, both internally and externally, increase sales and revenue and help build a culture of continuous knowledge sharing?  I look into what collaboration is, why collaboration is so important and how to collaborate across geographies and different parts of the business also touching on the benefits of constantly sharing skills.

Kate Isichei is a global employee engagement and communications professional with over 20 years experience of working in multi national organisations. She has worked in senior roles for AON, Medtronic, Sage, Infosys and other blue chip companies. Her passion for engagement has led her to create a consultancy that offers bespoke solutions to increase trust, build relationships, encourage collaboration and ultimately increase engagement.  Her desire to support these ambitions are what drove her to set up this series of podcasts.
