Kate is a global employee engagement and communications professional with over 20 years experience of working in multi national organisations. She has worked in senior roles for AON, Medtronic, Sage, Infosys and other blue chip companies. Her passion for engagement has led her to create a consultancy that offers bespoke solutions to increase trust, build relationships, encourage collaboration and ultimately increase engagement.
