Malachi Ochieng Arunda has a PhD from Lund university, from the Department of Clinical Science in the Faculty of Medicine.
During his PhD he researched indirect factors connected to neonatal mortality, in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania, looking in particular at how access to care influences neonatal outcomes.
