Hausa is a Chadic language, which is spoken as a first language by no fewer than 35 million people and as a second language by at least 41 million people.
One of the beauties of the Hausa language is the fact that it is spoken even by people from other ethnic groups.
can the Hausa language ever go extinct?
A typical Hausa man is highly protective about his language.
But how many young Hausawa  can speak the language fluently without mixing a twist of Ingausa in it.
