Rachel (00:02):
Welcome to Dialogue Frog, short English conversation practice. My name's Rachel. I'm here with Luke-

Luke (00:09):
Hey, everyone.

Rachel (00:10):
Today, we're talking about exercise.

Luke (00:13):
Wha-

Rachel (00:13):
Or, exercise! Depending on how you see it. How do you see exercise, Luke?

Luke (00:19):
I don't see it, 'cause my eyes are closed, to exercise.

Rachel (00:23):
You're sleeping.

Luke (00:25):
Mm.

Rachel (00:25):
You're always running to...take a nap.

Luke (00:28):
Yeah.

Rachel (00:28):
Me too. I'm not a, I'm not an avid exerciser, but once I do it, I feel good. Not only physically, but I feel like I like I accomplish something, you know.

Luke (00:42):
I agree with that.

Rachel (00:45):
I used to ride my bike a lot, especially in the summertime.

Luke (00:48):
Yeah. I, um, very occasionally lifted weights or got on the treadmill and I did feel better when I did it, but it's the problem of sticking to it.

Rachel (01:01):
Yeah. It's tough to get a routine and having discipline to stick to it. I like to-

Luke (01:11):
That's why I use glue.

Rachel (01:14):
Actually glue your hand to the dumbbell.

Luke (01:15):
Yep.

Rachel (01:15):
Or you just have to carry it around. Maybe you just change the resistance every once in a while. It's not a bad plan.

Luke (01:22):
Every time I, um, take a sip of soda, I have to lift that dumbbell to-

Rachel (01:26):
Yep!

Luke (01:26):
-to bring it up to my mouth, so.

Rachel (01:30):
Workout! Well, this has been another short English conversation practice with Dialogue Frog.
