On this episode I welcome Chef Mathew Gray. At age 10, Mathew moved from New York to Los Angeles. At age 17 he travelled with Eagles, Fleetwood Mac and Pink Floyd for five years (selling official merchandise) before heading off to Le Cordon Bleu London where he studied to be a Chef.
