Diana is a career coach and ex recruitment consultant (amongst other things) and has combined her skills and experiences to show mums who want to get back to work after staying home to raise their family, how to get back to work.
Having been there herself, she understands the very unique circumstances a mother faces when she is thinking about going back to work.
What many mums fail to realise is that it is, in fact, just a process. Whilst it may feel completely overwhelming, the hardest thing is actually simply starting.
She has a developed a program The Back to Work Roadmap for Mothers, which combines both practical, pragmatic tools and strategies as well as coaching and training to rebuild confidence and self esteem.
