Episode 1: Hi, my name is Jeff

After a year of planning and pausing and recording and pausing and problem solving and pausing, I have finally managed to develop a very imperfect start to this podcast. My name is Jeff, and I am a compulsive gambler with 9+ years of recovery. I hope to use that experience to tell my story, highlight other stories and bring some unique perspectives to the conversation.

In this first episode, I think it is important to tell you a little about myself and how I came to developing this podcast. I don't know that my perspective is particularly unique, but I do know that telling our stories helps to lessen the stigma that goes hand-in-hand with this illness.  Thanks for listening!
