As we focus on becoming our best selves, this episode will focus on the spirit and what we can do to focus on our spiritual development. The Mind-Body-Spirit are not separated and one area affects the other. At times, we may focus on one area more than the other, sometimes neglecting our spiritual development. We need to note, that spirit is as important as the Mind and Body. All areas are important as we focus to become our best selves.
