<p>Harriet has worked in HR for over 5 years and she has covered EVERYTHING involved in HR. Harriet is currently Head of HR at the emerging start-up ‘Passle’. We discuss her daily activities, why she loves HR and how you can enter the industry (TIPS).<p>

<p>Every company needs a HR department. If you’re good with people and enjoy helping others then consider a career in Human Resources. You can recruit people, solve problems, train employees and write HR policies.<p>
