Morgan Chesley

It's HOT here in the PNW this week so we're coming to you from the lush shores of the Puget Sound and guess what? Turns out it's teeming with sea monsters. Cool down with your hosts Panda and Morgan and some tales from the deep blue! This week, Professor Panda serves us another hot evolutionary take-- did humans evolve from mermaids? Were our ape ancestors more aquatic in nature than we've come to believe? Then, Morgan has her own very special and VERY scary real-life sea monster encounter to share, as well as tales of some of the Pacific's own legendary beasts from the depths.

Have you seen a sea monster? Are you descended from mermaids??? We need to know! Send us your aquatic encounters, weird dreams, spooky stories, drive suggestions, and pet conspiracy theories (or literally whatever you want!) to dumbandrestlesspodcast@gmail.com, or DM us on Instagram at @dumbandrestlesspodcast or Twitter at @dumbrestlesspod!

And don't forget to enter our STICKER GIVEAWAY by heading over to our page on Apple Podcasts, leaving us a review, and then sending us a screenshot to any of our social media inboxes! We'll be choosing 5 random winners and announcing them on Sunday, August 16th!
