Hi there today on the show we have got Shariyana Boyle here with us. I am so honored and delighted to have you here. Welcome to the show.

Sherianna Boyle (00:08.894)
Thanks so much for having me Sue.

Sue (00:11.098)
I'm so excited to have you here and get into the work you do. You are the author of 10 books, your latest book, Energy in Action, The Power of Emotions and Intuition to Cultivate Peace and Freedom. Your other book, Emotional Detox, was rated top 10 life-changing books by Parade Magazine. You are a psychology professor, spiritual teacher, founder of Emotional Detox.

coaching, you are an international speaker, founder of The Cleanse Method, and there's more. Give us a story here. How and why you got into this particular line of work.

Sherianna Boyle (00:50.366)
Well, I've always been in this line of work. So since I was in my early twenties, which was many, well over 20 years ago, I was trained. I started out as a school psychologist. I worked in the schools for quite a long time. And then when I got pregnant, I left to take a leave of absence. And during that leave of absence, I started to write. And the reason I was writing is it was my way of kind of trying to

figure out when I do go back, and in my mind I thought I was going back to the schools, how can I do this differently? Because there's no way, I thought to myself, there's no way I can do what I did and now take care of children. So I self-published my first book and it was all about being an educator and how to...

the tools that you use in daily life through self-awareness and consciousness and so on and so forth. And that got the attention of some publishers, believe it or not. And they contacted me and said, can you write for us? And I was like, yeah. And so I'm still on leave of absence. And they gave me an assignment. It was a parenting book on children for children with anxiety.

And they said, can you write this book? And I said, sure. And they said, can you do it in five weeks? And I was like, no problem. So I wrote my second book almost immediately after the first one in five weeks. And then they asked me if I would write another one. And they said, this time we're gonna give you a little bit more time. You've got eight weeks. And I was like, oh man. So that's how my career in writing started. And then after a while I said, you know, I've got some ideas too that I would like to share. So.

would you be interested in a book about emotions and emotional processing and things like that? And they were like, yeah, tell us, show us what you got. And so with that publisher, I ended up publishing seven books with them. And then I kept publishing and I started to branch out into other publishers as well. And it really changed my whole career and trajectory and led into becoming a coach and so on and so forth. So.

Sherianna Boyle (03:07.618)
actually never did go back to the schools even though I thought I was.

Sue (03:12.274)
And now talk to us about emotions and processing emotions.

Sherianna Boyle (03:18.982)
Yeah, so that emotional detox, that was sort of like a pivotal, that was my seventh book, which again, it's the first of three emotional detox books in a series. And basically, that whole series stands on this, that all our emotions, this is the principle it's based on, all our emotions are good, so long as we process them. And what I mean by good is they all have value.

and we can gain the value when we take time to process it. And I think the best way I can describe it is it is a lot like food. And a lot of us think of detox as food, but instead of getting rid of pesticides in your food, which might be a reason why you would go on a physical detox, what you're removing are reactions. So we actually don't get rid of emotions.

we're removing reactions. The reactions cause us to suppress and repress our emotions. And when we do that, it can lead to a lot of bodily inflammation. It can lead to inflamed thoughts, accelerated thoughts, anxiety, and so on and so forth. So why is it important to process our emotions? Well, because you want to like food, like,

the food you eat, you want to get the nutrients from them. And people don't think, well, how is an emotion, how does it have nutrients? Well, it doesn't come in the form of necessarily the way food does, but it comes in the form of movement. And when emotions move inside of you, when they gain frequency, that is nourishment to your body, because what you get is you get relaxation, you get calm.

you become more focused, you become more clear. It helps your blood flow, it helps your circulation. I mean, this is all proven with emotions. People don't really think of it that way. They don't think my emotions help blood flow, but they do when you process them. It helps cellular turnover when you process them. But if you're resisting them, then it can't do that in the way that it's designed to do.

Sue (05:40.382)
This is so powerful and you know this it's almost like we're never taught How to process our emotions we're taught everything Right. It's like we need everyone needs a therapist or a psychologist or somebody to teach you because so Often it's scary when things come up. We do kind of just bottle them up Because we don't know how to feel them powerfully and release them

Sherianna Boyle (06:09.606)
Yeah. And in many cases, we bottle them up because we don't feel we have the strength or the energy or the endurance to handle what could happen on the other side. And that's very much what happened to me before I wrote Emotional Detox. I would say I was having an emotional crisis and I was too afraid. It was a lot easier for me to be in denial.

It was a lot easier to work harder, to stay busy, than it was to process because I had this belief that if I even let a little bit of that in, I'm not gonna be able to do everything that needs to be done, especially when you're a parent and now you're responsible for more people than yourself. And that was my belief system. And...

Now, ever since I wrote Energy in Action, which is the latest, the last book, I mean, Energy in Action is basically your emotions moving. That's what that title is all about, Energy in Action. And now I have a whole different mindset because I really give permission to the energy to do the work for me. We think we have to plan and control and

prepare and very often that energy if you just back off a little bit and You let it do it for you. It really will. I mean, it's just by design by human design How we're designed as spiritual beings Your energy in action, which is how I define manifesting and emotions It will happen but the main thing is you have to learn to sort of

remove the conditioning, the belief that we need to manage or control. And that's still, it's improving, but it slides in. Even people that are aware, even myself, it's so, we have to constantly, I'm not trying to manage or control my emotions. And we just somehow, and I think it happened in schools, I think it happened in society, we look at these emotions like they're bombs or something.

Sherianna Boyle (08:31.098)
And if we don't manage them and they go off, God forbid, right? And that's not at all what they are. They're extremely, they're energy. That's all they are. It's just energy at different frequency. And once we stop resisting and we start allowing, then we can start to get the benefits of that. And none of those things, those stories that we've been telling ourselves about them, none of those are true.

That's the big thing here, Sue. Like it's all, it's not true. If you tell me, oh, well, I'll blow up or I'll, I don't wanna hurt someone if I get angry. Well, that's a reaction. That's not an emotion. That's a reaction and that's what we're clearing. So that's the very first step. We got to get very, very clear. What is an emotion and what is a reaction? Because emotions make, help you feel better.

Sue (09:30.834)
Mm-hmm. And now what about, because so often the reaction, I don't know if I'm wording this correctly, but so often the reaction to an emotion or something that happens, we just instantaneously close up, we're guarded, right? So that energy isn't able to flow. So what is the guidance there around?

Sherianna Boyle (09:53.554)
Well, that's where, so there's a system I created called Cleanse. I think you mentioned it in your opener. Cleanse is an acronym. It starts at the C and ends with the E. And the reason it's seven steps, which is really one practice. So it's seven steps, but once you get it, it just feels like basically like a five to 10 minute practice. And

the first step, which is C for clear reactivity, has nothing to do with talking. And that's the area where we got tripped up, Sue, because we automatically think we have to talk about our emotions. And I'm in the field of psychology. I used to see, I still see clients, but when I was in the old ways of teaching,

It was always about, okay, well, what's going on? What's the matter? What's, you know, how can I help you? Blah, blah, right? But in this new way of emotional processing that I teach, we don't begin with talking. We begin in that clear reactivity by turning to the body and communicating with the body that it is safe. And there's very simple ways that you can do that. The body responds very well to touch.

So even if I just touch my own shoulder and take a neck stretch, or I put my hand on my heart or two hands on my heart, this is me letting my body know, I do the opposite, I get lopsided. This is one of the ways I can let my body know it's safe. So clear reactivity is about getting grounded, even putting my feet on the floor.

If I have two feet on the floor, the body automatically is going to feel more stability come in. And when it feels more stability, energy is going to flow. But if I'm not taking time to honor that body, tune into the body, get the breathing going, this is all in that first step clear reactivity. That's where it begins. Then the next step, which is the outlook inward. That is about now I identify my feeling.

Sherianna Boyle (12:11.602)
But here's the kicker, Sue. We don't actually have to get into the narrative. So does it help to identify your emotions? Absolutely. But we don't wanna attach to the stories they carry. So in that L, it's how I feel, you know, let's say, I don't know, did you have any reactions today, Sue? In your life? Or anybody around you?

Sue (12:35.234)
Not yet.

Sue (12:39.46)
Okay. No.

Sherianna Boyle (12:41.394)
this whole audio thing, but anybody around you?

Sue (12:45.015)
Um, no, no.

Sherianna Boyle (12:47.63)
I will say you're pretty chill. I can, you know, your energy is pretty chill. So I'll tell you one. So I had a client this morning who is just feeling drained because she's doing caretaking. You know, she's caring for her mom and that's taking its toll. She also works full time. So naturally there's a lot of people like that out there doing some level of caretaking and they're feeling exhausted by it.

So it was really sort of letting her, and the cool part is when she start to work with people, they'll say, I'll say, you know, what is it, anything you wanna focus on today? And she's like, I just need to process my emotions because she's done it enough to know that's the route to feeling better. Just, let's just process. And so for her and I, it sounded something like how I feel in my body right now is.

and then she took a breath. We both take a breath, inhale. So you're getting to that present moment and exhale. And being in these circumstances, meaning with her mom, with her life, makes me feel. So these are STEM sentences. I've written more STEM sentences and more books. I can't even tell you, so people have these tools. And being in these circumstances makes me feel, and you breathe in.

and you breathe out. So essentially you start letting your breath answer the questions. You're still identifying, you're not ignoring your emotions, but you're not jumping into the stories that they carry. And with her and I, it was a bit of fear that needed to be cleared. A lot of people have like this fear of death, fear of...

losing a loved one, you know, this comes into the mix, you know, and, and when I think about these things, or have these thoughts, it makes me feel and breathing in and moving the energy. And then the third step of the, the cleanse is an E, which is going to be more moving that energy in action. And that we do through mantra through sound. It's a very gentle way to move energy. It's very innate, your body recognizes it.

Sherianna Boyle (15:08.582)
It's not foreign at all. Sound, you're born making a sound. It's one of the most natural ways to move that energy. And then the next step is A in the cleanse, which is activate. So now that you've moved some energy, now you can activate perception. Now you can activate a new way of seeing things. And it shifts from heaviness to perceptions that feel a little lighter, have a little bit more flow to them.

have that are a little bit less constricting, a little bit more open. And, and so then there's a, and then N is nourish. And that's where you learn how to sit and absorb energy. Meaning when, once you, once you shift and energy starts moving, then, then you want to give yourself a second to just take it in, you know, it's kind of like people who have weddings and they're like, I don't even remember my wedding.

I never had a second to even really take, it's like a blur, I was so busy. We wanted that nourish part of the cleanse is learning how to not have life be a blur, right? And to absorb and sit in every moment, you know, and take it fully in because it does nourish you like food. You know, it's kind of like letting it digest. And then the S is surrender.

And that is all about relinquishing control and giving permission for new things to come in. Because if we're trying to control everything, whether it's how things go, the quality of care, I mean, there's only so much that you can influence. And eventually you do have to surrender, which is like giving permission for assistance, giving permission for support from the divine.

And then ease is the last step, which is E. And that is that space where we kind of come back to ourselves again, we become whole. And then when we go out in the world and we function from a place of wholeness, things go much differently that way, Sue. But the key is emotions got us there. Not fixing everything else on the outside first or making sure all our ducks are in a row

Sherianna Boyle (17:30.542)
managing everything. That's not what leads us to wholeness. It's feeling.

Sue (17:39.074)
This is so powerful and so beautiful. And I've never heard it put in this way because it's always so often about addressing the emotions, talking about it, like you say, right? Okay, expressing and sharing and vocalizing versus really getting to the heart of what emotions are. Like you say, they're feeling and we're not tapping into that. I just love that. That's so powerful.

Sherianna Boyle (18:05.502)
Well, I always say cleanse first, which is that system, and then talk about it if necessary. But here's what happens, Sue, and this is how I know it works. Almost every time I walk someone through the cleanse or they go through it themselves, the questions that they had before, they no longer have, or the concerns. It's not like we don't talk about things, but what we talk about changes.

And the way that I see it shift from feeling states is now we're talking about meaning. Now we're not talking about how stressful it is to care for an aging mom. Now we're having a conversation about ways to create more laughter and connection with her mom. And also to share her own tools. So where I'm guiding my client is, yeah, your mom's getting stressed, her mother gets stressed.

She gets stressed because her mom's stressed, but maybe it's time for you to share some of your tools with your mom. Maybe start to show her some of the strategies that you're learning by processing your emotion. Just one thing. And say, hey mom, this really works for me. Why don't we give it a try together? And so we ended up having this whole other way to sort of handle this.

time period where everybody's in transition and sort of in that unknown space, but open it up so that we can grant help her mom process her emotions. Rather than having to just, oh, okay, mom's upset about this, mom's worried about this. And then all the gossip happens because then they're talking to their siblings and they're like, mom's really feeling this way. Oh, no, she told me she's feeling this way. And it just gets to be this.

chaotic thing. It's like, wait a minute, this is just this is just mom needing to process her emotions. That's all this is.

Sue (20:04.046)
I love how you simplify that. You're so pro. I wish we could all do that, but you obviously just embody and you teach this. So, and you know, another thing, help us understand this. I think it's so interesting. Like you said something about attaching yourself to the story, the narrative. And so it's more about getting in touch with the feeling, like how this makes me feel so I can process it.

Sherianna Boyle (20:06.747)
Hahaha

Sue (20:33.31)
and then start letting go of that bigger hang up story I have around it.

Sherianna Boyle (20:40.506)
Yeah, and move it energy and action. So in that book, I talk a lot about light. That's where it's different from the emotional detox book series. I bring light into it. And the reason is like, if you focus on light right now, Sue, if you were to focus on a beautiful, soft pink sunset, you know, we've all seen those different color sunsets that just

get us to stop in our tracks and look at the sky. And now we don't just see it, we feel it. We connect to it. And in those moments when we're connected to light, it's like we get closer to one another. And so in energy and action, I really felt like the world needed a little extra. So there's emotional processing with the cleanse.

And then I blended it in with the light because when stress levels get high, sometimes you do need to kind of shift. And so in that book, what ends up happening is where that A is, that activate, I talked about the part where now you're in a state of feeling and you're changing your perception. Well, we're adding some light in there. And so the pink,

That book is all about the spiritual laws in the universe. I believe after writing it, that the spiritual laws of the universe were designed to teach us how to process our emotions. I hands down think it was like the universe, God, source, whatever, handing us a guidebook and saying, this is how you do it. Because you have spiritual laws.

that have the law of oneness, which basically is what happens to me happens to you were one. And we have the law of detachment, right? So with a lot of the what I was doing with my client this morning was really working with that law of detachment, not detaching, like I don't care. But detaching, because you've mentioned attachment to stories, detaching from the outcomes.

Sherianna Boyle (23:01.79)
detaching from uncertainty. And at one point this morning, my client asked me, this was when she got into a state of feeling, she actually had the courage to ask, and this is what happens when you start feeling, she actually asked me, can you teach me how to embrace uncertainty? So we went from, oh my gosh, I'm so stressed, my mother's stressing me out, this is so hard, da, da.

the stories and narratives, you can hear them all in there and there's other people involved, to teach me how to embrace uncertainty. That's someone who's working in alignment with the law of detachment. How can I let this in? So that's where light is of great service to us and light is something we all have access to.

visualizing light, being in light, holding our attention on something light, not something heavy or dark or scary, but light. And that's going to move that energy and action even quicker if we can all learn how to do that. And that's where that book really helps people.

Sue (24:21.886)
Mm-hmm. And now, talk to us more about the spiritual laws of the universe. Can you break those down for us?

Sherianna Boyle (24:30.554)
Well, there's many. I mean, I wrote 13 of them, An Energy in Action, and I just really wanted to get to know the 13. They are, so they're thousands and thousands of years old. They were written in what's called the Vedas, this ancient text. They didn't really claim an author on them. They didn't want...

the laws to be assigned to any one particular author because they didn't want to let an ego involve because we know what ego can do to things. And ego is all about control and things like that. So nobody really owns the laws, but they're spiritual laws, they're principles, and basically teaches about energy. And your emotions are energy. So I can relate, again, those laws are the law of oneness, the law of detachment, the law of compensation.

Everybody knows the law of attraction. There's the law of gender, not the gender we think, but more the gender in terms of masculine, feminine, sort of from an energy standpoint. There's the law of relativity. There's a lot of polarity. There's the law of giving and receiving, the law of rhythm. So what I've done, I'm kind of using my cheat sheet here. I have a, see my bookmark? This has my-

has my book on it. People can buy this off my site. It's one, like $1.99 or something. And it's got all the laws on there and all the colors that you work with and the book. So the spiritual, there's a law of perpetual transmuted energy. And so what I encourage people to do in that book is work, every law, I give them some emotional cleanses to work with. So when I feel that I'm stuck,

and trapped in my life. I am out of alignment with the law of perpetual transmuted energy. The law of perpetual transmuted energy, the spiritual law, tells us that we're never really stuck. We're in a constant state of change all the time. Even if you believe, nope, that's not me. I'm stuck. You don't get my life. Well, the law would

Sherianna Boyle (26:49.146)
says absolutely not. We are always changing breath by breath moment by moment. So if you learn how to work with these laws, how to get to know them, it's like anything else, and then you couple that with a rays of light that I talk about in this book, we've learned this from many, many ascended masters that were here on the planet, that we have the power to change energy. But there's no, there's no way that's possible.

and hold back your emotions, you can't override them. You can't say, okay, I'm gonna do it this way. This is the magic trick and focus on doing, doing and have very little feeling. There's just no way. So once you process your emotions, you will learn to come into alignment with the laws and then the laws can be like a guidance system. So rather than saying I'm stuck,

It could be, okay, where am I out of alignment? Which law am I not, we're not fully understanding right now as a spiritual being? And how can I improve that connection to that law? And that's how I look at a lot of things when I'm working with clients. I'm always having that in the background as a sort of a resource for seeing where this person is at and how they can be supported.

Sue (28:16.962)
Mm-hmm. And now talk to us about, you know, I find so often people struggle with other people's emotions. Like, we don't always know how to show up powerfully for other people. So how do we do that as just mere mortals who are not spiritual teachers, who haven't written 10 books, who aren't psychology professors? How do we do that? Like, what is your advice?

Sherianna Boyle (28:47.41)
Well, I think probably everyone is more spiritual than they realize and they're more connected to energy than they might know because if you're picking up on other people's emotions and really affected by them, that already tells me that you maybe perhaps you're intuitive or you have a really strong sense there in terms of feeling. I think for one, you have to kind of get to know your style a little bit.

learning style, how do you read people, how do you pick up on their cues. And I think you have to take care of your energy. So we have different areas in the body where if energy gets clogged or stuck and it's typically because of emotions, whether we're blocking them. So there's little ways that we can keep our immune system up.

Sherianna Boyle (29:47.678)
in really tough fields. You know, they're working with tough, tough situations, high, high stress situations. And I've really taught them how to take care of their, like for example, their third eye, which is your intuitive center, which is depicted right between the eyebrows there. That's like a area that I find when we do pick up other people's energy, it's because we're not taking care of our third eye.

and also the heart area, we can pick up that way. But when we keep our heart nice and strong, so we keep the energy moving in the heart, and then that will help purify that. So a lot of people, what they do is they protect their heart. So they're worried they're gonna get hurt, they don't wanna hurt anybody else. Listen to the language you use, listen to how you hold your life, they're guarded.

And if you're guarded and you're worried about getting hurt or you have a lot of fear, that is gonna all affect your heart. And that's how we start absorbing other people's emotions. So we gotta keep our heart strong. We gotta move that energy. The cleanse will do that. It has all those tools that are in there, are especially the mantra, the humming that we do in there.

that will help the heart center and also the third eye. You know, it tells me again, if you feel like, you know, some people get to the point where like, they don't even wanna be around a lot of people because it's too much, they pick up so much. Well, it just tells me that you, that you have some ability there and you need to learn how to work with it. So you don't, it's like having a gun and not knowing how to eat. Well, that's probably a terrible analogy, but.

It's something powerful. It's something that can either, you know, you wanna know what you have kind of thing. Third eye is very, very strong. And so if you're not, you know, sometimes you'll see me tapping. If you see me tapping my third eye as I'm talking to you, that's one of the ways I take care of it. So I'll tap it right here. I'll just do a couple of taps. And it's like waking up. I don't want it to be sleepy. I don't want it to be groggy. I don't want it to be

Sherianna Boyle (32:12.662)
sluggish, simple tapping, tapping's been around for a long time, tapping techniques, there's mantras that you can do, there's the cleanse system I created that will help with that, there's other ways that you can keep yourself from absorbing, there's

getting grounded in your energy, there's breath, there's breathing, but most, no matter what, it's gotta be about the intention. And if I really intend to take care of an energy center, right, so if I say, you know, my third eye, I'm aware, and I wanna own it, I wanna take responsibility for it, I wanna, I don't wanna hide it.

A lot of people hide it. They have these gifts and they're like, I don't wanna tell anybody my third eye's kind of strong. I don't want them to think I'm weird or like I'm making stuff up. Just don't even, just say it. Say it like it is. I pick up on energy. I tend to, I have a strong intuition. Just say it. Be who you are. The own it. And then take care of, say, oh, I just need to kind of check in. Essential oils.

It's really about the more you sort of embrace who you are, then you won't go down so easily when you're around negativity. You'll know how to lift that up.

Sue (33:43.486)
I absolutely love everything you've just shared right now. And you know what I think is so cool? You're having a different conversation. It's almost like energetic psychology, right? Where we're going beyond that surface level, just psychology conversation. You're like getting to the root of it.

Sherianna Boyle (34:03.442)
Yeah.

Sherianna Boyle (34:07.102)
think so. I mean, from what I've seen, absolutely. And it's a practice. So it's, there's no and that's that finite thinking that we get as humans when we when we disconnect from these laws. There's no finish line here. This is not a race. Nobody's behind nobody's ahead. Like, it's truly a practice. And that's the most important thing.

If you just, and that's why I always give people like one tool to practice when they leave me. I said, this is what I want you to practice this week. Just that one thing. And it's just amazing. I've seen people again in very high stress jobs and situations and they're like, call me crazy. But that little thing you taught me to do, I've been doing it and I'm feeling better. Like great, because they're practicing it.

and not a million tools, one tool or two, get those down, feel how it works when you do it and then when you miss it, you'll notice, there isn't a day I don't go through a cleanse. Not one day, I don't think I've ever missed a day since I wrote Emotional Detox and that was in 2018. I don't think there's been one day where I haven't taken five minutes to process my emotions.

because I know what it, the moment I don't do that, I can feel it. I'm like, oh, it's like today's off. It's like I didn't have my coffee. The whole rest of the day is off, right? So I'm like, I can just tell, it's just different. When you take those five to eight minutes and just process what you feel, then you're gonna see how that it builds, you're building a reservoir of energy.

you're building memory in your body. Emotions are hugely impact our memory. They impact the brain, the hippocampus. That's why we get triggered. That's why there's trauma. Memory is such a huge role. And as you do these practices, you're building the muscle, you're building the memory. And then before you know it, it's gonna remember what it feels like to be in a processing state.

rather than a reactive state and you're just going to prefer it.

Sue (36:38.754)
Wow. Oh my goodness. So many amazing insights. And this, I love this idea of, like you say, just, you know, practicing one or two, because essentially you're just becoming, you're learning to feel your energy more with each one of those, right? You're becoming more intuitive, more aware. All of that is happening and all it takes is just one solid practice.

Sherianna Boyle (37:01.522)
Yeah, don't wait to the heat of the moment. Don't wait until you're so pissed off or so anxious. That's the, if there's anything I could say, don't do that. That's a disservice to you because you're just gonna do one of the tools and say, doesn't work, doesn't work on me, right? And it's like, well, you did it in the heat of the moment. Right? You can't.

all of a sudden in the heat of the moment try something new. Your body's in the heat of the moment. It needs to be calmed down. And that's why that clear reactivity step where I said we don't start with talking. We start with telling the body it's safe. And so every time I go through a cleanse and I clear reactivity, I'm building the memory, oh no I don't start by spewing, I don't start by ranting.

I go and I clear, I calm and let the body know it's safe. Because I know when that happens, those are the moments where like, sheesh, I shouldn't have said that. I shouldn't have done that. Now it's gotten worse. How many of us have done that Sue? And we're like, crap, I just made it worse. Like, damn, had I just, and it takes 90 seconds to fully.

digest an emotion just 90 seconds, but I find that 90 seconds I find people need more than that to really kick the habit of reactivity. It is like a habit.

Sue (38:42.518)
This is so fascinating. So 90 seconds to digest an emotion in like nine years getting out of your system.

Sherianna Boyle (38:52.83)
For it to run its circuitry, it's only 90 seconds. However, I find people need a little bit more hand holding than the 90 seconds. That's why we have five minutes of a full cleanse. And they need, okay, during that 90 seconds, what's happening? So I'm clearing, I'm keeping my body safe.

I'm acknowledging an emotion without ruining the story. I'm using my breath. I'm adding the movement with that third step E. I'm now in activate, which is my perceptions are changing. Like with my client, she's learning to have a whole different experience with her situation. She's in the activate. Then in nourish, can we hold it? We have to learn how to hold energy. If we're picking up on other people's emotions a lot, likely we don't.

hold our own energy. So meaning our vibration goes down quickly. We've got to be getting triggered on some level. And that's that memory piece. So nourishes about can I sit in this state? Can I sit in this state of peace? Because I'm building my reservoir, I'm building the memory here of what peace is, of what calm is.

And then I'm entering the surrender, which is a statement, that I have to allow this. I have to allow change. I have to allow calm, allow understanding, allow resolution, and then E, which is ease, which is the embodiment of all of this. And that's where, when we're in that embodiment place, the E of the cleanse, we're now in line with those spiritual laws.

Sue (40:46.986)
Oh, my goodness, Sherriana. Okay, so a couple of things. Well, I want to ask you, what's on the table for you? Like, what's up next? Is there another book? What are you working on? What are you building on? What can we anticipate?

Sherianna Boyle (40:59.028)
Hahaha!

Sherianna Boyle (41:04.05)
Well, right now, Energy in Auction was released in June 2023. So that's pretty fresh still. I'm still out with folks like you promoting that book, getting people to, there's 52 cleanses in that book. I am writing another book now. So that's gonna be, hopefully we'll come out to, we're in the, it's in motion. I have an agent, so we're working on it. We're getting all our.

but it's basically will also include emotional processing. That's sort of my signature thing, but it just, a whole nother angle, which I can come back on the show and talk about it when it's out.

Sue (41:48.57)
I would love that. I would love that. And I'm going to be sure to have links to all of your stuff or your website. I believe it's just sharianaboile.com. I'll have a link to that for people. And so first and foremost, I just want to thank you so much. It's been such an amazing, insightful conversation. You've been so amazing.

Sherianna Boyle (42:09.694)
Oh, you're so sweet. Thank you very much. Thanks for having me.

Sue (42:13.054)
Oh, I loved having you here. Now in closing, if there were just one message, your hope for everyone, what is that closing message?

Sherianna Boyle (42:24.619)
Focus on the light. I think that's what we need right now is again, energy and action, but bring some light in. And it really is quite amazing. I think if we can all focus on light-based practices, we could collectively do this. Absolutely. But we do need each other.

We all need each other to be on board here. And it doesn't mean you have to do anything, just bringing your attention and awareness. And I just hope that people are open to that, open yourself up to working with light.

Sue (43:06.17)
I love that. What a powerful closing message. You've been so wonderful. Thank you so much.

Sherianna Boyle (43:12.498)
Thank you.
