We often neglect to check on the talkative friend, we neglect to check on the "strong" friend! What do we do when this friend is dealing with depression? what is it about men that makes it so hard for them to come out and speak about their mental health whether they are experiencing the good or the bad part?
I speak to my good friend Dalisu Ngidi who relives his struggling with depression, how he told his friends and family and bravely relays what could have been the issue and how he has been able to manage his day to day after his diagnosis.
