Yeah. And he helped"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":270.36,"endTime":274.59,"body":"tighten up a few details and"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":270.36,"endTime":274.59,"body":"things that we were working on"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":274.59,"endTime":278.19,"body":"and then said, okay, you're"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":274.59,"endTime":278.19,"body":"ready. You need to be out there"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":278.19,"endTime":282.51,"body":"coaching others, and you know,"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":278.19,"endTime":282.51,"body":"we hadn't really considered that"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":282.51,"endTime":286.98,"body":"particular direction. And I"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":282.51,"endTime":286.98,"body":"certainly didn't feel ready at"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":286.98,"endTime":294.48,"body":"that time. But in retrospect, we"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":286.98,"endTime":294.48,"body":"realize that well in my 35 year"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":294.48,"endTime":299.43,"body":"ministry career, my gift for"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":294.48,"endTime":299.43,"body":"strategic planning has really"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":299.43,"endTime":302.88,"body":"come from come to the fore. And"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":299.43,"endTime":302.88,"body":"that's that's why I was in this"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":303.51,"endTime":308.73,"body":"huge church over 1000 in worship"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":303.51,"endTime":308.73,"body":"every week, and I was executive"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":308.73,"endTime":312.57,"body":"pastor doing strategic planning"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":308.73,"endTime":312.57,"body":"and coaching other staff"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":312.57,"endTime":317.85,"body":"members. And that was before I"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":312.57,"endTime":317.85,"body":"was downsized, because as we"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":317.91,"endTime":322.59,"body":"they went through some changes."},{"speaker":"David","startTime":317.91,"endTime":322.59,"body":"But what had happened over over"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":322.59,"endTime":327.42,"body":"the years that we've been, that"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":322.59,"endTime":327.42,"body":"we've switched to online"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":327.42,"endTime":331.8,"body":"marketing is that I had learned"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":327.42,"endTime":331.8,"body":"to apply my gifts for strategic"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":331.8,"endTime":336.18,"body":"planning in this new business."},{"speaker":"David","startTime":331.8,"endTime":336.18,"body":"And what he was pointing out to"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":336.18,"endTime":340.5,"body":"me is, okay, now it's time that"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":336.18,"endTime":340.5,"body":"you're coaching other other"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":340.5,"endTime":343.26,"body":"folks, you've got such a"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":340.5,"endTime":343.26,"body":"systematic way of looking at"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":343.26,"endTime":348.81,"body":"everything that would be helpful"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":343.26,"endTime":348.81,"body":"to the others. And that was, so"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":348.81,"endTime":353.64,"body":"that led us in a new direction,"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":348.81,"endTime":353.64,"body":"doing some coaching. But we"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":353.64,"endTime":359.79,"body":"still felt a little bit of like,"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":353.64,"endTime":359.79,"body":"there was something missing. We"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":359.82,"endTime":364.47,"body":"could help people with almost"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":359.82,"endTime":364.47,"body":"any piece of online marketing,"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":364.86,"endTime":370.29,"body":"but it was sort of hit and miss"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":364.86,"endTime":370.29,"body":"what piece to work on when. And"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":370.29,"endTime":374.04,"body":"we sort of had the feeling like"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":370.29,"endTime":374.04,"body":"we were putting pieces into a"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":374.04,"endTime":378.39,"body":"jigsaw puzzle. But we didn't"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":374.04,"endTime":378.39,"body":"have the box cover, you know how"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":378.39,"endTime":382.08,"body":"you look at the box, see what"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":378.39,"endTime":382.08,"body":"the overall picture is supposed"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":382.08,"endTime":387.24,"body":"to look like, the overall"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":382.08,"endTime":387.24,"body":"picture was still unclear. And"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":387.24,"endTime":390.9,"body":"then one day, as we kept on sort"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":387.24,"endTime":390.9,"body":"of working at things in whatever"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":390.9,"endTime":395.76,"body":"order they came. Finally, that"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":390.9,"endTime":395.76,"body":"picture came into focus for us,"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":395.82,"endTime":399.06,"body":"and for coaching others where we"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":395.82,"endTime":399.06,"body":"could walk through a list of"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":399.06,"endTime":402.66,"body":"questions with people and say,"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":399.06,"endTime":402.66,"body":"Okay, here's where you need to"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":402.66,"endTime":408.24,"body":"focus now. To take the next"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":402.66,"endTime":408.24,"body":"step. Yeah, yeah. And that's"},{"speaker":"David","startTime":408.24,"endTime":411.63,"body":"when that changed.
