- Similar to Tesla.
- They own the supply chain, the manufacturing and the software. Perfect integration. Long head-start! 80% of launches and maybe the only one profitable.
- Tesla partnership:
- Real-world AI. Chip manufacturing.
- Same VP of Materials Engineering (example).
- Headstart:
- Not generally a great “moat”, but in this case they are so far ahead. Could be decade. Who else can build a raptor?
- Reusable rockets. Blue Origin just accomplished this feat last year.
