NAMI or the Meat Institute supports the businesses processing meat and poultry, and their supplier partners, that sustainably nourish families around the world. It is the largest trade association representing processors of beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry.

More than 350 companies, of all sizes throughout North American operate more than 800 USDA inspected plants and account for more than 95 percent of United States output of meat and poultry products.

And we are talking about hot dog Etiquette today, so, when preparing to eat a hot dog, do you put hot dog toppings between the hot dog and the bun or just the dog?
