Every single person is born good. No person sets out to be bad, horrible, cantankerous, a sly crook or worse? Evidently, the brain CAN be re-programmed. Neurological experiments in the USA found that the brain can recruit new nerve cells. When we read the Bible, we are recruiting new nerve cells and rewired neuronal connections.
