Brian Bowcock, the long-serving, incumbent candidate for Director of the Three Valleys Municipal Water Department, Division 3, brings over 60 years of experience and insights

Brian draws on his wealth of hands-on experience gained from serving in many positions over dozens of years. Brian started working on water projects, as many do, in high school, operating a pickaxe and shovel, After ascending up through the ranks in a variety of positions, Brian moved to the TVMWD and has accumulated a long list of accomplishments ever since. He explains his choices on whether to mine for water at Bonanza Springs vs. capture, recycle and reuse local water - probably the most contested issue of this election.
