Hello and welcome to another iDaph Events podcast. Today I have with me Daphne Kirkwood, owner and race director of iDaph events. I'm Amy Silvers, Administrative Coordinator and we're excited to see you for another podcast today. Yes, welcome everybody. We're excited. Summer is here and we are. Full blown into our summer events and planning'em and getting'em all prepped and ready. So we're excited to have you guys join us today for the podcast. Yes. And today we're gonna talk about the Hendersonville Triathlon. It is Saturday, June 17th and Hendersonville and we're excited that this race is happening again. I got to see it for my first time last year. First time ever witnessing a triathlon man. There's some talented athletes. Wow. Yes, there is. So how did this race start, Daphne? Yeah, it actually started during Covid, believe it or not. We were trying to find ways to keep the community safe and engaged and active during that horrendous time in our world. And so in 2020, During Covid, this event was created in partnership with the Y M C A and City of Hendersonville. It's a staggered time trial start, so we were able to really stagger people getting into the pool and having no contact with each other. And it's still that way to today except it goes a little, it moves a little bit faster. We have more people in the pool and that sort of thing. But that's how it came about. Awesome. And we have something new this year for the triathlons. Nice. We have the Tri Local Duo Challenge and Community. Tell us about that. For people who haven't heard about that yet. Yeah. Triathlon is a lot of times an individual sport and a lot of people train on their own, spend time training, swimming and biking and running. When you get bit by the triathlon bug, it's nice to have a. A group and a community to really do those things with because triathlon's such a cool niche. And the community was really designed for that. And both of our triathlons that we have, the Hensville Triathlon and the Asheville Triathlon are really Such a great, such great events for people that are seasoned athletes that wanna have a fast triathlon time, a sprint, try and in the, and be doing something in the community. They're also great training if they're training for an Ironman. Or a, longer distance triathlon. So they're a great way to practice transitions and just being part of that whole vibe. And then they're amazing events for people who've never done a triathlon. So if you have been a swimmer in high school and maybe you have a bike People take up triathlon because they all seem to, fit together. Or maybe you're a, an a running fanatic and you keep getting injured and you want to have training in the other sports. That's what happened to me. That's how I got into triathlons years ago. I just kept getting running injuries and so I dabbled in the swimming and biking when I'd be injured with running. And then I just said, you know what? I give up running you. I know I can't do you every day. I became a multi-sport athlete and I fell in love with it, and I think. If people have not tried a triathlon, it's definitely worth experiencing. But the Tri local Duo challenge is we're challenging our community of people to do the Hendersonville and Asheville Triathlon. This year. And in doing that, we're supporting them in a community where they will have run clinics, bike clinics, transition clinics, swim clinics all of these things centered around the training and development of both of those events. And they're free. You just have to sign up for both of the races. And then the icing on the cake is you get a really cool medal. That I do. You have one to show? Yeah. So a really cool sparkly medal that will just showcase forever. Your accomplishment. Of doing both the triathlons, so you'll get that after the Asheville Triathlon. But we're having a lot of fun with it. I think there's already 60 plus people that are in the Tri local Duo challenge. And so we're really excited about it. It's been fun. Jay Ham with His coaching company, Jaybird Coaching. He has done a lot of work behind the scenes to do some of these training and clinics, and we'll continue to do those through the Asheville Triathlon. So if you're listening to this, you haven't signed up for Asheville Try. You wanna be part of community or you wanna get the bling? Either way it just sign up and we will. See you with the Tri local Duo Challenge. Yeah. Awesome. Yay. Okay, so this first race is in this first triathlons in Hendersonville. Yep. Where are we starting and finishing? Yep. So we are starting and finishing in Hendersonville at Patton Park. I'm gonna actually show my screen so that folks can see this. And just fyi, I remember last year and the year before that. People that put in the Google directions to get to Patton Park for some reason, were being sent to neighborhoods. I'm not quite sure why, but if you put in Beverly Hanks Center that's where you're gonna be parking anyway for the transition area. So that should take you to where you need to go. But if you take a look here at this map, which is on the event guide that you should have received, if you have already signed up for the event it has all the information that you need on there, including a link to this map. The pool is here at Patton Park. You will park here in this area over at the Beverly Hanks Business Center. You'll walk through this area right here and you will come over to the pool. There's restrooms here. You enter the pool at the front and you will line up along the side here. For the swim start, you exit the pool here. And you come across here and then you will find your car, get your bike stuff. You run behind this building and you head out on the bike and then you come back, put your bike stuff up, and you come through this area, you run through here and you come out, you do your run and you come back and you finish. And I go into a lot of detail on that. On the transition video that is online as well, on YouTube, and it's linked on the event guide. So I highly recommend that If you've not seen that, pull it up and look at it. I give you step by step. I'm there at the pool. I walk around, I show you exactly what the flow looks like so that you are prepared for that. Great, that's very helpful. Okay. How about what if someone wants to participate in the tri, local do of challenge, but the date for Hendersonville Triathlon doesn't work for them. Can they do it virtually and still count? Absolutely. Yep. You can go swim, you can bike, you can run, you can do all those things on your own and submit your times online through Race roster and still be part of the challenge. Yep. Great. Awesome. Okay. We typically have a charity or a nonprofit partner for our events. Who will we have, it looks like we have several this year. Who are we helping this year? Yep. Of course. The Y M C A of Western North Carolina, Hendersonville y specifically the Friends of the Aqua Waha Greenway, which is where you will run. They come out and assist with the event and we give funds from it to them. And then I Dream Athletes Foundation which is our sister nonprofit. And we will give funds to help with scholarships in the community for folks who are in need. And if you wanna find out more about that, you can look it up online. Also, Amy, since you are the queen, Queen bee of registration and packet pickup. Tell us how that works this year. Okay, sure thing. First of all we did offer pre-event shipping. You can, during registration we've, we started during covid that we've left that option on. It's super convenient. You can select an option to have your timing chip or bib ankle band swag shipped ahead of time. And not even have to worry about coming to a packet pickup. That is a super convenient option. If you missed that deadline, check that out for the next event for in-person packet pickup, we have, we actually have added a new time, so we have three opportunities. We have Thursday, June 15th from 11 to two at Hunter Subaru. We have Friday, June 16th. This is the new one from 4 45 to six 30 at Patton Park. And that will be actually the bark and bolt race that's happening. And we're also gonna allow Hendersonville try people to swing by and grab their stuff there while we're doing the bark and bolt pickup. And that'll be on the field, on the grass field for anybody who, wa is showing up for that, since we will be there for the bark and bolt race, which you're welcome to come and attend. But just so you know, you do need to come out to the grass field. Okay. And then Saturday morning of 6:00 AM to 6 45 at the pool at Patton Park Pool. We really wanna help you and help us make the most of your time and not be stressed on race morning. So we really recommend that you come to either the Thursday or the Friday packet pickup. So that you're, if you show up, you're part, you set up your transition area and you're just ready to go. You don't have to worry about a line or stressing about picking up your things. If you can make it, and there's different things that you're gonna get at packet pickup and you'll have to take'em to your car and, and you're at the pool on Saturday morning, ready to go swim. So really the Saturday is more like an emergency packet pickup. So send somebody if you can't come Thursday or Friday. Yes. And then what about people that opted. For the pre-event shipping. I know we usually have a goodie bag for our events. Can they still get that? Cause I know we're not shipping goodie bags. Absolutely, yes. You can swing by the finish line at the merch tent. That's where I'll be. You can look for me and we'll have some extra goodie bags for those that have their things shipped. Okay, and then can people still register on race weekend? Yes, registration will close at the start of the event. But do make sure you do that before you get there. If you're one of the last minute that morning, people who registers just make sure that you do that before you get there. Do it on your phone, your computer, whatever. We don't have paper registration forms, so come prepared with that registration done and taken care of so we can just gra grab your timing and get you on your way. Okay. And then we do have some new tri local stuff merchandise things for our participants to choose from. Do you have any, anything to show off with you? They're in my car because I just picked them up yesterday afternoon. I wish I'd have thought, wish, I would've thought to have grabbed them. But yes, we have tri local tank tops and Tri local shirts. They turned out beautifully. They're gorgeous. You're really gonna want one. So yeah, definitely swing by the merch tent after the race. Check those out. We'll also have our run local and run a b l shirts and hats and all that good stuff. Water bottles. So yeah, definitely swing by. Okay, awesome. So bring some money, credit card, something. Yeah. Awesome. So let's see. We've got what else going on? We're ready for parking. Okay. Parking. Yep. Yep. And parking is the transition zone. It's a, it's different than most triathlons. And it's good. And it's awesome. You have everything you need at your car for transition. I talk about it a lot on the YouTube video, so definitely check that out. But I am gonna show my screen. I'm gonna talk about parking. Really quick here, let's look at this again. Beverly Hanks Center. So you will come in Beverly Hanks Center, you'll drive in here, and there's several different parking lots. The only place we cannot park is in front of the Hendersonville Pediatrics office. They are open on race day but all the other parking areas are able to be parked in. And I talk about and transition how to do that. If you have somebody spectating, they can park over here where it says no parking. Spectators can park over at Patton Park, but if you are in the race, you do not wanna park over here because you are not on the race course. Your car is transition and it has to be over here if you are. In the race. We really don't want a lot of spectators hanging out at the cars with you since it is a sacred transition area, and we also don't want them getting in the way during the event. If you do have spectators, they can park over here and they can stand, on the sides over here and watch as the race is unfolding. But you really don't need, your husband or your wife handing things to you when you are in the middle of the race. At the transition area, it's is your, you don't need to do that. Yeah, I think that is the main parking information. Okay. And drop off before and after the race. Yeah. So there's no. There's no drop off necessarily. People who, let's say somebody is just taking them to the race and they don't have a car. They would just wanna find one of the grass grassy areas at the Beverly Hanks Center to put their bike up against a tree or something like that. Which is fine. I've seen people do that before. All right, great. Okay. They could be like you and just bike there too, that's true. It just bring backpack, but the, yeah. Yeah. Totally works. Alright. Okay. What about courses? What are, what's the, what are the courses like? Okay, so I'm gonna show my screen again. The patent pool, which is here it is a 50 meter pool. You will swim down the first lane and you will go under the ropes and you'll come back down towards the deep section, under the ropes, go towards the shallow section and use zigzag through that entire pool and come out this way. The bike course is on ride with g p s. Whoops. There's also a queue sheet there as well that you can click on. The queues are on the left side of the screen over here, but we actually have a link for that on the event guide where that's printed out, so you can know every single turn. You can also download that on your. Garmin device or if you have a Garmin on your bike and it will give you the cues and turn by turn information, which is really cool. So you can see here the elevation change is a thousand, a little over a thousand feet change up and down. So it is a hilly course. Would highly suggest that you have a road bike or a hybrid bike for this one. Mountain bike, you can do it. It's just mountain bikes are notoriously heavy and it's just gonna probably take you longer to get up those roads. There's only one section that is, is an off-road section. Everything else is road. So if you zoom in on this map, I'm just gonna show you here. This is. That parking lot where the transition is at in your car. And then you run around the back of this building and up here on this little greenway path is where there will be a mount and a dismount line. So you're pushing your bike up until you get to this line. You hop on your bike, you will cross some railroad tracks here, and then you take a left and you head out on North Main Street. North Main Street turns into Clear Creek Road. So this is what it looks like here. And then Clear Creek Road. We're still on it. We're still going straight. You go by the Tarheel Asphalt Plant, and this is all newly paved here because they have a new housing community. The end of Clear Creek, you take a right on Howard Gap Road and not far after that, you're gonna take a left right before mile three. Trying to zoom in here. And I believe that is Salisbury Road right there. Let's see. Howard Gap, yes. Salisbury Road. You follow Salisbury? It's a funny name. Salisbury head to mile four, and at the end here you're gonna be taking a right and all of this will be marked with signs and. Markings on the road and everything like that, so you don't have to try to memorize it. And if you don't have a Garmin, that's fine. You take a right here on Brookside and then you take a quick right on step road. So step road is about four and a half miles in, and this section right here on the screen for about half a mile, maybe not even that far, quarter of a mile. Is a dirt road section with some rocks on it. I ride it on my road bike just fine. But if you have a time trial bike or a yeah, a TT bike, you might wanna put a little thicker tire on it. Then the small, skinny, super fast tires just because of that section. Keep that in mind. Also, always take your own repair stuff with you. We will have somebody out there monitoring, but who knows, if they're helping someone who knows how long it'll take for them to get to you. So I would definitely have your own tube. For any bike events that you ever do and then you will head back onto North Clear Creek Road and you will take a turn off of there onto McMinn, so you're not on North Clear Creek very long. You go McMinn, which McMinn does have a stinker hill on it, Amy. Oh boy. You're famous Stinker Hills. It's got a stinker about mile six, but you got a nice long downhill and then you get back onto Clear Creek. You come straight through this intersection here and then you go onto Zeb Corn Road, which takes you to back to Howard Gap Road. And then to Nick's road, which is a cut through. And then you're back on Clear Creek Road. So you're doing a big old lollipop basically for the bike course. So you come back down, clear Creek, repeat that back on North Main Street, and then you come across those railroad tracks and come to the dismount line, get off your bike, and. Run around the back of the building, there'll be signs, it'll show you exactly what to do, and then go to your car, put your bike stuff away, and get on your run things. Let me pull up this map again and I'll show you the run course. Just to orient you, this is the Beverly Hanks Center where you've parked, and I'm gonna change the view on that. That's where you parked right here. So you will run outta transition and you'll head over towards the ball field towards the transition. You'll run around the ball field, the outside of it. And you will hang on the greenway, go across those railroad tracks that you've already crossed on the bike course, go across North Main and head down onto the greenway. Once you're down on the greenway, you go around the kiosk and you follow that the whole way out. To here to the turnaround, which will be marked. And we'll have a volunteer there. And then you will repeat all of that on the beautiful Greenway. There is a water station here too for you. There's not a water station on the bike course. So take your own drink on your bike. Then you come back on this side of the kiosk, you come up a really short stinker hill that's obnoxious. I'm just. I'm gonna tell you it is. Yeah, that one is for sure. Just power up it and then cross north Main, come back onto the green way. And then you will take a right and you're gonna head all the way around this grass field. And then you will run through the grass field to the finish line which is about here. And that's where the vendors will be. And everything like that. The run course is relatively flat except for this one downhill section right here, which you come back up at the end. Other than that, it's flat. You can see here on the elevation chart, it's 86 feet. It could be a PR for you for a 5k. It is fat fast and it's beautiful down there yeah. Yeah, just glad that Stinker Hill is towards the end of the race. Exactly. All right. How about the cars and traffic? Are the courses closed or open to cars and traffic? The courses are not closed to traffic, so definitely stay on the right side of the road. If you come upon another cyclist, call out that you are gonna be passing them on the left, pass them and then get back onto the right side of the road. You're gonna be flowing with vehicular traffic in this day and age, I highly recommend that you have something that's bright on a bright helmet, bright socks, bright clothes a blinky light on the back of your bike. A lot of people are running a front light too, even during the day. You are on public roads open to traffic. We don't expect a ton of traffic at seven, eight o'clock in the morning on that Saturday. But just keep that in mind. And that's one of the reasons too, that we do have an age restriction on this race because. It is open to cars. So if you are doing this and you have a kid or a teenager who's doing it we do ask that you stay with them throughout the entirety of the event. That means on a bike with them not driving next to them in the car. It'll be very difficult for you to find them and stay with them on the bike course and dangerous. So spectators, we ask that you please don't go out in your cars trying to find cyclists and cheer them on during the event because of how the bike course is set up. If you wanna spectate, and I know we'll probably talk about that, but spectator should stick more to the run course for sure. Okay. How about water stations? Do we have water stations on the bike or the run or both? Just on the run course. Yep, on the run. Okay. And restrooms, you mentioned it briefly I think when we first got on, but how about restrooms? The restrooms are at the pool, so that's the only location for the restrooms. And they all will be sufficient for the number of people at this race. Okay. And here we go, spectators. Where's the best places that you recommend for cheering? Yeah. I think at the pool outside, there's a picnic shelter. A lot of people stand up on the picnic table so that they can look into the pool and watch that happening, and that's a great place to cheer people on when they get done swimming and they're heading over to transition. The bike's really difficult to see, like I mentioned. And then once they come back to transition to the car, you can watch them run out on the run. And then of course, just being at the finish line to see them come in around that field. We had quite a few spectators who. We're cheering people on just getting ready to do that loop around the field last year. So those are all great spots. So if you're spectating, just park, I would say at the pool and just mill around and walk around that area. Perfect. All right. Okay. Let's talk about course markings and signs. First of all you and I both run with music. But since we're gonna be on open roads to traffic and and such, just if you're gonna have one, have them in, maybe just use one or at least keep the volume down really low so you can hear traffic and volunteers and. Yeah, I would say on the bike, just not even having headphones is, appropriate because you're gonna be on roads. On the run, you're on the greenway. There's more opportunity. I would say just keep the volume low, that you can hear volunteers and also hear people cheering for you. And we also, we'll mark the course. The bite course will be marked in pink. Paint on the roads as well as yard signs. And then the run is marked in yellow paint. So that information is on the rabbit. G p s maps, the queue sheets. We have a lot of people who will go the day before, the week before and they'll either pre ride or they'll drive in their car, the bike course, just so that they're familiar with it, and that's totally fine and acceptable thing to do. Okay, great. What what are other things that participants need to be aware of? Yeah, so I talk about this in the transition video, but just to emphasize it, when you park and transition, you wanna park so that you are prepared to leave. So you wanna back into your parking space so that when you're leaving you can drive straight out. And that's because there's people that are gonna be still in the race. Possibly as you are finished and if you're gonna try to leave while the race is happening in order for everybody to be safe, we need you to be pulling out forward and not trying to be in reverse when the event's still happening. Got it. Okay. People have really liked the new transition area over the past few years. Instead of bike racks, people transition from swim to bike at their cars. So you d you did that during Covid to keep everybody separate and spaced out. And you've been encouraging people to stay close to their vehicle when they transition and still give other participants room and distance. Yeah. And of course it's convenient too because you have your snacks there in your car, and if you get, yeah if it's hot, you can sit there and turn the air conditioning on while you're changing clothes. Exactly. Yeah. If you forgot that piece of gum, or your sunglasses, you could just reach in your car and grab that. Again, if you have more questions about transition and how that works check out the YouTube video. Great. Okay. So they're all parked. They've got their transition area set up. What's next? They're gonna walk to the pool. And it's a time trial start, and so we will put out a swim list the Friday evening before the race or Friday afternoon. And it will have the wave that you've been assigned to based on the swim. Capacity or your swim ability that you have entered into race roster when you registered. And I went ahead and I showed you that already as far as the pattern that you follow throughout the pool. But really just standing in the lineup, you're gonna see really quickly how it works and. Amy, I've seen everything from people, breasts, stroking, dog paddling, walking, dancing, backstroke, you name it, we've seen it. So you don't have to be an awesome swimmer for an event like this, which really. Helps take a little bit of the pressure off of people who aren't great swimmers because you can go to the end of the lane and let's say you need to just catch your breath, just stand to the side at the edge of the lane and let people just go around you and pass you, there is. No shame in that. When I first started doing triathlons, my fight or flight would often get revved up and I'd be like, oh, and I knew how to swim. Just take your time, relax. You're in a safe pool. There's lifeguards there. And so just try to relax as much as possible. It's a great environment. And you'll do great. So that's one good thing about your. Your your triathlon, our triathlons is that the pressure for all the professional swim strokes is not there. You just do it however you can do it. Yeah. And that, and I think that is conducive for a lot of beginners to get a lot of beginners to come in and try it for the first time. And then slip of that, sometimes we have. Former pros or elite triathletes or people who are super competitive and been doing triathlons a long time, and they'll swim down, they'll do a flip, turn underneath the lane and just, motor through the pool. So we have both. We have, yeah, everything you could imagine. So you will fit right in wherever you're at. That's great. That's amazing. Okay. And I know last year we had a little contest and we had Yes. We had some wild and crazy entrances into the pool. Yeah. Are we gonna do that again this year? Yes, of course. Oh, it was so much fun. So was the best, most creative. Swim entrance on race day. This also guys, is not only fun, but it's a way to, again, help take a little bit of that pressure off and stress and just start you by enjoying yourself and having fun. So if you haven't been practicing yet, Start practicing your belly flops, your cannon balls, your perfect dives, your silly jumps, like all of the things that are just fun because we're gonna encourage you to do that as you are jumping in the pool. And we'll have a photographer there taking those photos and then the person who wins gets a free entry to the following year. So that's that's worth it. That's worth trying right there anyway. Yeah. Okay. Okay. After the swim they're gonna exit the ladder in the deep end, run towards the covered picnic area, throw on their shoes, run through the patent pool parking lot to the footbridge, and back to their vehicle at the Beverly Hanks parking lot. Yep. And some people, Amy, do not put shoes on from the swim to bike transition at that picnic shelter. The very first year that we did this, they were redoing the parking lot at Patton and there was a lot of gravel. And so we really encouraged that. But it's really up to the individual If they wanna put a pair of running shoes there, they can, they don't have to, but they can check that out ahead of time. But yeah, so then they go to their car at the parking lot. They have all their bike stuff already laid out. They put their helmet on. Gotta have a helmet to do this race. You cannot race if you do not have a helmet. It's North Carolina law. So we will stop you if you do not have a helmet on, and you will be disqualified, unfortunately. But you gotta pre protect that noggin. It protects the rest of your body as well. So put that helmet on. You can already have your bike stuff already, your shoes outside. All the things that you're gonna need for the bike, and then you, like I said, push your bike behind the Beverly Hanks business area. Go up to that mountain dismount line and then you will start as well. All right? Yep. Okay. And on the bike course you went, you went through the, through where they r ride to, but let's talk a little bit about the run course now. Yeah. And so the run is all on that green way. And, you can just watch for the volunteers, watch for the signs. It's pretty straightforward on the run course actually. Yeah, I think we covered most of all that. Okay. So we've, we did our swim, we did our bike, we did our run. You've already covered all that, so let's go to. After the race, what happens when we finish? So after the race, we're gonna hang out and we're gonna celebrate with you. We will have the Hendersonville community co-op there with snacks and drinks jam Bar, which is a new nutrition energy bar. If you haven't tried them, we'll have some of those. Yoga and massage. We'll have post-race massages. Movement for life. Excuse me, physical therapy. They'll be on site to do some injury screenings. And we might have some other ones join us too, but that's what we have right now. Here, we might have coffee there too. Yeah, bare bones. Bja will have their coffee cart. Usually they set that up around the pool area in the morning. So that will be there as well for you to get your coffee fixed before you start racing or for your spectators that are joining you. Okay. And we will have results posted as always online@idaf.net. And we have some cool prizes. We have new custom Hendersonville, tri pint glasses. Yeah, they're awesome. And how does the award ceremony work this time? I know we're mixing it up a little bit now. We are. So the award ceremony will now be for overall award winners. And it'll be somewhere between nine 30 and 9 45 at the finish line. And the overall award winners will be, Called they can come up and get their award. And then as soon as that part of the ceremony is done age group winners can just walk to the mer. Just step over to the merchandise tent. We'll have a list of those winners. And then of course if you can't stay if you need to cross the finish line and Jet, cuz I know some people do. You can always pick it up. We'll have'em available at Fleet Feet, Asheville, Tuesday after three o'clock, beginning after three o'clock or there'll be an option in the race store. The race store will be open and you can select an option for shipping there and have it ship to you. Okay. Cool. About pictures. Are we gonna have one of our awesome photographers there? Yes. Allison will be there taking some photos. You can also have your spectator and friends take pictures of you as well. We don't guarantee that we're gonna get everybody's pictures. We try our best, but we don't usually get them all. So if you definitely want a picture of yourself, have somebody there to take that and then, Tag at I D A events on Instagram or hashtag H B L triathlon or Hendersonville triathlon in your picture. And we do a lot of re-sharing of those on race weekend. Great. Any other advice you wanna give? Yeah, I think. Just look at the event guide. It will help prepare you for the event. Do your homework ahead of time, and then just relax and enjoy the process, and enjoy the swim, enjoy the bike, and enjoy the run. That would be my biggest advice. It will happen in a blink of an eye, and just try to relax and enjoy it. And I love how much the city of Hendersonville and the businesses are pumped about this race. What other sponsors have we not yet mentioned That we need to thank? Yeah, Asheville School which I'm sure John and his family they are all into triathlons, will be there. And so I wanna thank them. Fleet Fee, Asheville will also give us some prizes to give to the overall winners. So thanks to Fleet Fee and if you need any nutrition stuff, gels, electrolyte powder, new running shoes, a handheld. Running drink device, something like that. Stop by Fleet Feet, Asheville in Bmore Park. They can help you with that. We mentioned Jaybird as well, Jaybird, multi-sport coaching, but if you are really getting the itch and the bug for triathlon. He's your guy. He's so patient and kind and he loves triathlon and multi-sport. He can help you with the whole triathlon training. He can just help you with swimming. He can help you with what, whatever you need, and he will be there at the race. And if you see him walking around, you have questions about where things are, something like that, he will help you as well. Yeah, I think that's all I can think of as far as partners go right now. Great. Okay. We definitely wanna share our appreciation for them. We're very grateful for their partnership. Okay. Did we cover everything? Did what else have we got? Anything else? I think the only other thing is if you're doing Hendersonville, try, consider doing the Asheville Triathlon. It's a month later on July 16th. It's a staple in Asheville. It's been going on for a long time. It's a lot of fun. And then you can earn that tri local, do a meadow metal as well. But we'll see you first at the Hendersonville Triathlon in June. Awesome. All right, great. Thanks for joining us. Yeah, thanks for joining us. Stay on the podcast. We look forward to seeing everybody at the Hendersonville Triathlon on Saturday, June 17th. All right, thanks. Thank you.
