Today's Host: Tonya Douglas, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor and Certified Anxiety Specialist. She is the owner of A Beautiful Exchange Counseling and Consulting. She obtained her Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She has experience in treating a multitude of emotional and behavioral issues across
all age ranges.

Her goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment for her clients to process their past and move towards a healthier future.
