We are re-launching a special Lent podcast designed to help you engage this season with intention and meaning. In Episode 1, I sit down with Winston to explore the foundation of Lent. We talk about what Lent is, why Christians have observed it for centuries, and how this season invites us to slow down and make space for God in new ways.
In Episode 2, our conversation turns to Holy Week — the most sacred week of the Christian year. We reflect on Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday, and how walking through these moments helps us more fully experience the depth of Christ’s love and the hope of the resurrection.
In Episode 3, we get practical. What does it actually look like to observe Lent in your daily life? Do you need to give something up? Should you add something to your spiritual rhythm? We talk about how Lent is both repentance and prayer — an invitation not to earn God’s love, but to realign our hearts with the One who already loves us. It is less about obligation and more about creating space for transformation.
Whether Lent is a familiar tradition or something new, these conversations will help you understand the purpose of the season and invite you to participate in a meaningful, personal way.
I hope you’ll listen and join us on the journey toward Easter.
