This week Chris & Brogan are joined by the wonderful Simon Woods. Simon is an In-Custody Employer Engagement Co-Ordinator working across six prisons in the West Midlands. He works for Prospects which is part of The Shaw Trust.  Simon encourages employers to see past the label and engage with people due for release from prison.
