Profiling Evil Podcast with Mike King
The Profiling Evil Podcast delves into unsolved criminal cases from around the world. We look into the mind of the predator and talk about crime motivation, victim selection and behavior. Some episodes examine how investigators work and how they capitalize on mistakes made by the offender.

Unabomber’s Fatal Mistake | How a Manifesto Led to His Capture Part 2 | Profiling Evil
For years, the FBI chased a ghost. The Unabomber’s bombs left little forensic evidence, and his attacks appeared random—until he made a crucial mistake. In 1995, Ted Kaczynski insisted on publishing his manifesto, Industrial Society and Its Future, believing it would justify his violent ideology. Instead, it exposed him.
In this episode, we reveal how forensic linguistics, behavioral profiling, and one heartbreaking family betrayal led to the unmasking of America’s most elusive terrorist. Could his own words have been his greatest weakness all along? Don’t miss this gripping analysis of one of the most intense FBI manhunts in history.
