Lesa shares her experiences of stress and recognising earlier in her career that she wanted to make some changes in how she did business to ensure she had more family time, and the steps and courage that required in the largely 'masculine' style of sales such as real estate.

In this final episode of the year, it's a delight to have Broadway and stage performer, and Life Coach Kelli Youngman join me.
Kelli shares about her experience navigating the path to Broadway, including how her experiences fuelled her goals, and making intentional decisions that inform who she was BEING that got her there.
A lovely, inspiring conversation for any time, but especially this time of year where you might be in reflection mode, Kelli also shares how she reflects on her year in a way that isn't just about the achievements (or sometimes, lack of achievements).

Deanna Schneider received a terminal cancer diagnosis 18 years ago - An incredible feat of survival and resilience by any imagination. Deanna shares with us her very real experience of receiving treatment for most of those 18 years, and what has helped her build such a resilience that is required - including how she has created what she calls a 'healing space' around her to help her along.
She acknowledges that each person's cancer journey is (obviously) very different, and shares how she came to the decision to be helping to support cancer patients through their own journey now.
