Kaitlyn is a Product Manager for Nextdoor, an app for neighborhoods where you can get local tips, buy and sell items, and just interact with your fellow neighbors.
Prior to Nextdoor, she was a PM at Twitter on their Revenue and Ads Monetization team. Besides her product roles at these top well-known companies, Kaitlyn has also been at the forefront of creating a product from 0 to 1 as a founder. She founded Educents back in 2013 - where she built an educational marketplace for teachers and parents globally. Educents saved educators over $20 million dollars and helped more than 500,000 teachers, homeschoolers and parents gain access to educational materials all in one place.
Kaitlyn is also the founder of Looky Lou, a toy that finally gets your kids to smile at the camera - a problem that many parents likely experience today or experienced in the past when their kids were little.
