This podcast is for Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants, AA students, and anyone hoping to become one. Part 1 of this first ever process episode was recorded in December of 2021. Everything was still so fresh as I openly shared my journey from giving anesthesia full time to part time. Because we are a close knit community of CAAs, students and other anesthesia providers, I feel safe releasing this episode in which I speak candidly about the money, the call structure and my true needs and fears. I hope this is helpful and expansive to any CAA out there who wants to make a big change in their career but needs some encouragement to do so.
